Is the battery removable?

Yes, your bike's battery is removable so you can charge it directly at home. Once on the bike, remember to secure it with your key. To minimize the risk of theft, the best practice is to remove the battery. Good news, the wheel lock system works with and without the battery.
What is the range of your bike?

Bonjour and Parcours bikes are equipped with a 504Wh battery and can offer you up to 110km of autonomy. The range varies depending on several criteria: weight, elevation, surface of the route, riding style (gentle or sporty), type of journey (few or many stops), and the chosen assistance mode.
What are the advantages of the belt?

The belt offers quiet operation, reduced maintenance, and increased durability compared to chains. Light and clean, it is ideal for your daily commutes.
You can carry up to 120kg of payload on your Vefaa bike.

How long does it take to charge my bike's battery?

Vefaa bikes come with a 2A charger, so you can go from 20% to 80% in less than 4 hours.
Are the bikes identified?

In accordance with the standards in force since January 2021, bicycles are marked with a unique identification label. Upon receipt of your bicycle, you will receive an email inviting you to register your bicycle and your contact information on the national platform.

This information will be used for verification in case your bicycle is lost or stolen, to facilitate its return to you.
What is the range and weight of the Parcours NEO bike?

The NEO Path is equipped with a 504 Wh battery, offering a range of 70 to 100 km. This can vary depending on your usage, the level of assistance chosen, and the elevation of your route.

The bike weighs 25.9 kg, including the standard-fitted luggage rack.
Can a single key be used for the bike locks and battery?

With the OneKey option, you can use a single key to unlock compatible locks and your bike's battery. So, if you add a folding lock 6000K and a wheel lock compatible with this system, a single key can be enough for both.
